Write to support@skimra.app and you will get a reply from the person who built the app. Including your device, OS version, and what you were exporting (image or video) makes a fix much faster.

Why is there a watermark on my export?

Skimra is free, and free exports carry a small "Made with Skimra" mark. A single one-time purchase removes it forever, with no subscription.

I paid. How do I get the unlock on my other device?

On the same platform and store account, tap Restore purchases on the paywall. To carry the unlock across platforms and devices, sign in with Apple or Google on both, and the unlock follows that account.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases run through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds: request a refund from Apple.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@skimra.app from the address you signed in with and we will delete it. If you never signed in, there is no account; everything lives on your device.

Something looks wrong in an export

The preview is the export; they render from the same source. If an export ever differs from what you saw, that is a bug we want to hear about: send the export and a screenshot of the editor.
